01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 7win platform, including anyone who visits the website, registers an account, makes a deposit, plays a game, or requests a withdrawal. By taking any of these actions, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

7win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a 7win account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated systems may not register accounts.
  • You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number.
  • You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 7win account.

7win may request identity verification documents at any point. This includes a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.


03 Account Rules

Each person may hold only one 7win account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If 7win identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone else.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7win support immediately at [email protected]. 7win will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held responsible for losses that occurred before you reported the unauthorised access.

7win accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person.


04 Deposits & Withdrawals

7win supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on 7win.

Deposits:

  • Deposits are credited to your 7win balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
  • If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • 7win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The mobile wallet used to deposit must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification.
  • Most withdrawals are completed within 5 minutes. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
  • 7win reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7win does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 7win's control.


05 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 7win use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party — including 7win itself.

Each game on 7win has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before you play. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, 7win's system will record the state of the game at the point of interruption. Bets that were placed before the interruption will be settled according to the recorded game state. If a round cannot be completed due to a system error, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance.

7win's decision on the outcome of any game dispute is final. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.


06 Bonuses & Promotions

7win offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are displayed at the point of bonus acceptance and must be read before you claim any offer.

  • Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal is permitted.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game is stated in the bonus terms.
  • Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
  • 7win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses that were claimed in breach of these Terms.

Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to exploit promotional terms — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus-related winnings.


07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 7win. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with 7win games or systems.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on 7win.
  • Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction made on 7win.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7win staff or other players through any communication channel.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

7win monitors all account activity and uses automated systems to detect unusual patterns. If suspicious activity is identified, 7win may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice.


08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7win platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, and the overall design of the platform — is the property of 7win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 7win for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from 7win without written permission.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on 7win content.
  • Use 7win's name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written approval.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 7win software.

09 Privacy & Data

7win collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using 7win, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

7win collects only the information necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes unrelated to 7win.

10 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7win's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. 7win is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
  • Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside 7win's control.
  • Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


12 Suspension & Termination

7win may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 7win may freeze your account and withhold funds pending investigation.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. 7win will notify you of the reason for closure where it is legally permitted to do so.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or pending investigations.


13 Changes to Terms

7win may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 7win will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 7win after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using 7win and may close your account as described in Section 12.


14 Governing Law
